Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On Penis And Scrotal Itching

Hi, I m 15 and have never had sex. I ve had a rash between by thies for a few days but I thought It would just go away, it s been very itchy and causes itchiness on my scrotum, when I was in the bath I seen red spots on the tip of my penis * bellend * and I am really worried if something might be wrong, can you help?
