Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On Stomach And Chest

After i take a shower and during a shower i develop red spots on my stomach and chest but after about 10 minuets of being out of the shower they are gone, i tend to take long showers that are very hot. I can't figure out what is making the red bumps, i have changed soaps and hair products, what is it?
