Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Arm

i have recently had small red spots appear on my forearm. They rarely itch, mostly are tender. The spots, after a couple of days have started to spread to my wrist and elbow. I have had them for around a week and a half. Now they have started to spread one at a time towards other side of arm and other arm as well as bicep area
