Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Buttocks

Hi doc I been having few red spots appear on my butt for a while and some of them appear red only and some with white thing on it like a blister they have a bit of pain if i touch and the worse part is like regularly and now they appear on my upper legs as well and they leave black marks which is really difficult for me my self esteem is really low because of this and as a single person is hard to look for a date please help
