Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Penis

Noticed few red spots on the surface of the penis.couple of months back i got the same spots and felt itching also.Applied cocunet oil for couple of days and immd got vanished.I consulted one Homeopathy doctor and he said to have hygine and always keep clean in that area.
regularly i will be washing with Dettol.Again i found these reddish sopts and feeling uncomfortable some times....so please suggest.
Imp Info - I am using homoepathy medication from last 6 months to increase sperm count.
