Suggest Treatment For Red Stretch Marks On Inner Thighs

Hi Doctor. I'm 15 and from cheer I have a few reddish stretchmarks on my inner thighs. There not deep they just look like bruises but in lines. I would just like the color to fade. I bought Trilastin but It didn't work. I don't want to have to give up cheer, so I need to do something fast. Can I use bleach?
