Suggest Treatment For Reddish Itchy Bumps On Joints

I'm a 24 year old male. I recently went into the doctors regarding small red itchy bumps across the back of my hands, side of my neck, and more limitedly on other joints of my body. I have interviews next week and work in the food industry, and have been told by the doctors its probably an allergy. I have never had an allergy, and the problem is getting worse with even on allergy medication. Please help
