Suggest Treatment For Redness And Cracks In Foreskin

Hi, after intercourse with my girlfriend my penis got very itchy and tight, I had paraphimosis and went to the hospital they put the foreskin back but since it got very tight now when I pull my foreskin down (difficultly) the foreskin has a very white and tight looking and the skin over it look kinda reddish the foreskin has some sort of tears aswell, what could it be ?
