Suggest Treatment For Redness And Itchiness On Feet Leading To Scratched Wounds

I have had this problem with my feet and ankles for over ten years now and it started out only being after work and when I took my boots off, it was so itchy that I would scratch the skin off and then have what looked like a big rug burn and open soar on top of my foot, it looks like a little red or sometimes white dot to start with and then when I scratch it, it becomes like a water blister then the skin comes off. My Dr had me on antibiotics for seven months and full strength ones for three out of the seven and It did nothing to stop it, so I have about given up now YYYY@YYYY
