Suggest Treatment For Redness And Itching On Thigh

Hello! I have a small area of skin right at the top of my leg on the inside next to my testis that can be really itchy and painful due to a burning sensation, it's also quite red, what would you recommend? I've tried vaseline which works, but only for a short period of time.
