Suggest Treatment For Redness And Swelling Of Chin After Injury

Two days ago while clearing snow with my 4 wheeler which has a plow I directly hit a snow bank that didn t give (was like concrete). My head snapped forward and I hit my chin on the gauges and the pain was incredible. My chin swelled up and turned bright red. Fortunately I have a goatee (spelling). It still hurts and I think I may have cracked it, but maybe not. What should I do?
