Suggest Treatment For Redness And Swelling Of The Navel

Hello just want to know what I should do about my belly button. It s swollen and it hurts round the top it s also red all round it. I ve just felt the top of it and probably a weird coincidence but I had a small nose bleed. Please could you give me some advice.
