Suggest Treatment For Redness And Tender Scabs With Chicken Pox

i have chicken pox, im at day 7. a lost of them on my face have begun or have already scabbed up. i accidently pulled off one of the scabs. it didnt bleed any but that spot is a little red and tender (under where the scab was) and only hurts if i touch it. is this ok?
