Suggest Treatment For Redness Of Forehead

Hello dear after having some aces on my forehead I applied dettol liquid on my forehead ad when I woke up I saw my forehead has turned all brown and when I visited the Doctor he gave me a Melacure cream with some two other creams it worked good but no that good later that I visited another doctor and he gave me some kinds of capsules called Soft x with some other tablets it affected good too but still have redness on my forehead and when I wash my forehead it turns completely red. I just wanna ask what to do???
