Suggest Treatment For Redness On Cheeks And Ears

Our 6 year old son has very red cheeks and ears with three days. Otherwise he is perfectly normal. It looks as though they are burning up. I thought this was due to wind burn from playing outside but it hasnt gone down. He does Have sensitive skin and is a peanut allergy sufferer. Any answers to this wud b great.
