Suggest Treatment For Redness On Inner Thighs

My inner thighs are red and sore, and I'm not sure what the problem is. They seem to be scabbing a little even. They're really really red and sore. I've been trying triple antibiotic ointment and A&D ointment and nothing's working. It's been like this for about a week now and it's not getting any better.
