Suggest Treatment For Redness On Skin

Hi, i used Detol on my face ( undiluted ) to try and get rid of some forming pimples, i thought it would be a fairly decent idea as pimples are bacteria and such... But now i have a red and crispy circle of skin, Im guessing this is a chemical burn from using undiluted Detol.

What will happen to the affected skin?
What can i do?
Will it ever turn back to normal?
