Suggest Treatment For Redness On The Tip Of Penis

Hello sir plzz help me..i am very much scared..on my tip of my penis the skin colour turned reddish in colour..rest of the penis is same,in colour..i,never had sex ..yea but i masturbate daily.sometimes their is a burning sensation..i use soap as i masturbate n clean my penis..as i do plz help me
