Suggest Treatment For Red,sore Vaginal Walls With Small Abrasions

redness,soreness, small abrasions on interior walls of vagina. I do have lichen sclerosis and herpes but I don t believe either are active now. In fact the medicine for the lichen sclerosis burns the abraded skin. No sexual activity. Do I need to see my doctor?
