Suggest Treatment For Reduced Sensitivity On Penis Head

hi i have a unique problem i had a botched hypospadias surgery when i was a child they said blood flow to my glans was lost now my glans has a rough appereance and is not sensitive exept in one spot about the size of a pencil eraser also my penis bends down and to the right is there anything i can do to possibly help with appereance and sensitivity any advice would be appreciated
