Suggest Treatment For Regrowth Of Hair

Hello I am a 24 year old male and have been suffering from hair fall caused by alopecia areata which is I guess a deficiency of vitamins and which is a single round oval shape on my scalp. I need some suggestions and remedies to help regrowth of hair in that spot. So kindly please provide me your best ways and help.
