Suggest Treatment For Removing Mass On Ovary

I have PCOS and I have a complex mass on my right ovary. The doctor says that surgery really is the only option but I cant afford to lose my right ovary becasuse I do want childern but I have had problems conceiving. Is there any other methods to shrinkand or get rid of it of complex mass.
