Suggest Treatment For Removing Ovarian Cyst

I'm 29 5ft 6in and 218lb I just had a baby in march I had mirenia iud put in they did and ultrasound to make sure it was placed properly and when I went back for results they told me I had a 4.8cm complex cyst on my left overy. My obgyn said at that size it needs to be removed. I was diagnosed with poly cystic ovrian syndrome when I was 19. I don't wanna have surgury and not sure where to go from here
