Suggest Treatment For Removing Scars From Face

i had an accident 3 years back and developed facial scars. They are scars are not those which go deep in my skin but rather have formed an extra layer in my skin. Doctors told me plastic surgery is not possible for my type of scarring. It causes psychological and emotional trouble for me and i want to know if there is a solution for eradicating my scars
