Suggest Treatment For Removing Scars Of Acne

Greetings! I am a 20 year old male, 5feet6, 135lbs. I have multiple facial scarring due to acne. I have mostly depressed scars, usually ice pick in nature. elevated scars are also evident on my nose. I have undergone about more than 10 diamond peels and 5 chemical peels with some results hopefully. I am now considering dermaroller? it is available but is very expensive here where i reside in the Philippines. Laser is also very hard to find. I would want to minimize my scars efficiently. Will continuing chemical peels be a good management? or shall i consider other options? may I know your suggestions please? Thankyou!Ü
