Suggest Treatment For Removing Wax From Ear?

which one is better medicine for removing wax dewax or soliwax?my daughter is having left ear full wax.last 3 days we put dewax. but doctor told it is in inner ear.so he has to give sedation to remove it. Instead of giving sedation can we do anything?
