Suggest Treatment For Repeated Mouth Ulcers Wilt High Fever

I have mouth ulcer for 3-4 years. sometimes it is mild, it disappears for very short span of period and most of the times it is very painful. i have done lots medicines recommended by various doctors.For last two weeks it is again started. This time I have high fever also. I am very much sad. What should i do, doc..?
