Suggest Treatment For Respiratory Congestion During Pregnancy

I m 7 months pregnant and I have rebound congestion due to me taking afrin longer then a week. I went to the doctor and they told me to dialute the afrin with a saline spray. This rebound congestion is killing me, I m scared to go to sleep because when I wake up I be so stopped up that I start losing it. This remedy that they gave me is not working it seems like my condition is gettting worse. I was looking up a nasal steroid that I can buy at walmart that will get rid of this rebound congestion completely. Any suggestions?
