Suggest Treatment For Restricted Body Movements Caused Due To Lumbar Spondylitis

hi doctor , i have two problems,one is lumbar spondilitis,due to which stiffness in my body &restricted movement is there .i have consulted many doctors including neurologists.when on medicine i feel better.but when stoped medicine same problem arises.number two.i developed acidity problem some two years back.i consulted gastroenterologist.he also performed endo scopy&biopsy on me.the result of biopsy was mild h-pilori infection.he prescribed h-pilori kit.there was no relief for me.i ended up taking daily 1 pan d in morning &a digene tablet each after meal.this is the situation from past 1 year .all the time i have bloating lack of appetite.sleepless nights with uneasiness in the stomach.pls hel[p me out.my email adress YYYY@YYYY
