Suggest Treatment For Rheadache

I'm a 15 year old athletic girl. last night i was elbowed rather hard in the right temple got an immediate headache its swollen and bruised. now today we had another game and i was sliding around grabbing the ball (basketball) now i still have a consistant headache and i'm beginning to feel natious a tad dizzy and its hard to focus
