Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis

Dear sir / madam, My wife(31years) is having Rhemathoid arthritis for 13 years she had medication from alopathy, sidha, Ayurveda and homeopathy no effect on these medications. The pains, swelling and stiffness of her finger remains and increase. Her knee joints got narrow, while sitting on chair or lying on bed there no pain for her but while getting up for standing, while walking she has lot pain and sound in her both knees even she could not move fold or stretch her legs. Doctor s advised to go for knee replacement She is taking wysolin , nimulid and zenitac as pain killer. I don t know what to do please advice
