Suggest Treatment For Right Bundle Branch Block

I am 35yr old male, ihave recently been diagnosed with a right bundle branch block, I have no symptoms and have never had an issue with my heart so it came as a shock, I am having liposuction done under iv twilight sedation, is this a risky thing to do, I have had two surgeries in the past with no problem, thankyou.
