Suggest Treatment For Right Lower Lobe Degeneration And Ongoing Breathlessness

Hello, I’m recently recovering from covid 19 with shortness of breath (age 36). Doc found slight degeneration of right lower lobe in my lungs so she sent me for an X-ray. Can you help me interpret the results: EXAM INFORMATION: Examination: XRAY CHEST 2 VIEWS FRONTAL LATERAL Date of Exam: 8/26/2022 3:58 pm Diagnosis/Reason for Exam: Painful breathing; History of COVID-19; Abnormal breath sounds Additional History: lungs aching, covid 2 weeks ago, aching ever since, diminished breath sounds right lower lobe on exam, no chest surgery, no hx cancer Number of views: 2 Comparison: RAD - Chest - 2 Views - Frontal/Lateral dated 7/6/2021; RAD - Chest - Portable - 1 View dated 1/27/2021; CT - CTA Chest Pulmonary Embolism dated 1/12/2021 DISCUSSION: Lungs / pleura: No focal consolidative airspace opacity. No significant pleural effusion. No pneumothorax. Heart / mediastinum: Normal heart size. Normal pulmonary vascularity. Bones: No acute osseous findings. IMPRESSION: No acute cardiopulmonary disease.
