Suggest Treatment For Right Side Pain After An Accident

I was in auto accident right side pain waited two hours in ER had to go to acute pain Friend has 54 543--I took one at 9 last night and want to take another Dr offices booked going back to hospital at 7 to see advice nurse if ER stacked again--- there were so many there and all kids with drippy noses and then 4 ambulances came in I was never going to be seen the pain is so great if try to cough or turn or bend
can I take this other pill It has been 9 hours
