Suggest Treatment For Right-sided Neck Pain, Back And Shoulder Pain

I was in a car accident the end of September. I did have some muscle pain in my back but I thought it would heal. About a month later my right arm started going numb. It is more my pinky and ring finger. I thought that would heal as well. A couple weeks later my back pain, neck pain on right side, and shoulder pain became very sore and tight. At times I do have a hard time sleeping. And ocassionally I do have elbow pain. My question is, is all of this happening because of my car accident or is there another reason?
