Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Stomach Pain

hi i have a mildy bad tummy ache for 4 days now and i went ot the doctor today and he sed its constapation and gave me tablets but after that ive been having more pains in my right side but i think its the constapation but im a worrier so do u think its bad ?
