Suggest Treatment For Ringing And High Pitched Sound In Ears

I am having an issue with my ears, I appear to have problems with some sounds seeming to be very loud, including certain people talking, I am also able to hear some high pitch sounds that most people cannot hear such as a led powering on and off in standby and also seem to have a constant ringing tinnitus in my ears?
