Suggest Treatment For Ringing In Ear And Lumps From Ear To Throat

Hi, had an ear infection followed by etd and after a month still have on and off light fever, tinning in one ear and lumps going down my throat - from my ears I suppose - saw the doctor 3 times told me I have etd will take time to heal, you have any help to give me? Thanks
