Suggest Treatment For Ringing In Ears

Dr. I ve been experiencing ringing, tweets & pain in my ears 24 hours a day and also I sometimes get dizzy from these tweets when I standup. Sometimes the ringing & tweets get very loud and its very disturbing and painful. What can I do to alleviate these symptoms, please help me. I m a 63 year old female. Signed Desperate
