Suggest Treatment For Ringing In The Ear

my symptoms are high pitch ringing in the right ear,hearing may be a bit sensitive to sound. some pressure on my right ear and the glands on my right side of my throat, minor dizziness but little to no runny nose, minor headache due to pressure and ringing. i have had some drainage in my throat, but it looks clean and clear. could it be an infection? doesn t seem as bad as my past cold situations, id like to fix this without antibiotics if possible, just don t want it to get worse.
