Suggest Treatment For Ringing In The Ear

I have ring in my right ear and double vision at times. I had a MRI and it was fine. by the rings is a lot now and I had a hearing test and was told I lost hearing in the low tones? What should I do now the ringing is driving me crazy. I will 45 soon too if that helps any.
