Suggest Treatment For Ringworm On Legs

I need help for bad ringworm on my legs. 10 years and nothing helps. Have tried (and continue to try) every known anti ringworm medicine. Circles do not itch, but are red and grow to form new rings. They look concave on my skin, like they are eating the skin layer. Even tried the "take internally pill", but didn't work. Whats left?
