Suggest Treatment For Ripped Skin On Penis After Crawling In Beach

Ok 15 months ago I was at the beach and I was crawling in the shallow water to find shells. As I was crawling I felt a sharp pinch on the tip of my penis. I later went to the bathroom and tiny seashells ripped the tip of my urethra. This is not so much of a problem but as the look of it. It does not look very well and I need to know if it will heal on it's Own or do I need surgery? How much will it cost?
