Suggest Treatment For Rosacea On Nose

I'm a 31 year old female i was diagnosed with mild rosacea on my nose about 5 weeks ago and i'm taking tetralysal antibiotics since taking these 2 bump/nodule things have developed on my nose there don't seem to be getting better i think there getting bigger will these clear up with the antibiotics? I have been told these are not rhinopyma and wouldn't develop into this thank god! Will the rosacea clear up and go back to a normal skin colour? Just need to know so i can stay positive about this thankyou. Vicky
