Suggest Treatment For Round Patches Of Hair Loss

I had a hair biopsy that showed it was consistent with Lupus erythematosus. I am 64 years old female. I went to a Dermatologist because of hair loss that was round patches. In the report the words they stated were erythema and hyperkeratosis around hair folicles and that it showed variable epidermal atrophy along with focal degeneration of the basal cell layer and pigmentary incontinence. Does this mean the hair will not come back?
