Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Blocked Ear

Hi, I've had a sore throat, constant headaches, sneezing, runny nosr, nose bleeds, and coughing for a week and just within the last 4 days my right eye seemed to have what seems like pink eye and my right ear feels plugged, i cant hear out of it and my right side of my head is completely numb and it wont go away My ear hurt really bad for a day before it popped
