Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Breathing Difficulty

My Son aged 10 years has been having running nose for two days and has a bit of breathing difficulty because of that. We have been giving T Minic. There is no fever though. This started after he went for swimming this Saturday after a long time. Is there anything else we should give.
