Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Cough In Children

Hi, My two year old has a runny nose and a cough and says the back of his head hurts. He had a temperature of 103 at 7:30 tonight, we gave him a dose of Motrin and it dropped to 100 by the time he went to bed. An hour later the back of his neck and underarms were wet with sweat, so I figured his fever was breaking He just woke up now at 11:30 and his temperature is 96.6. Should I worry with it that low or is that normal b/c of being asleep and sweating?
