Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Cough

I take Lisinopril. I now am feeling extremely “stuffy”. I can’t breathe through my nose and my head feels “swimmy”. Also, my nose is running and I am coughing sporadically. What is the best thing to take that won’t affect my HBP? Thanks.
