Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Ear Infection

i have had a dry cough for a few days now and its just started getting worse where i cough so hard i get chest and stomach pains. i have thrown up a few times. and have had a high fever for two days. i had a headache all day and feels like im starting to get an ear infection. i have a runny nose and diahrria.
